The Art of Real Estate

Art and travel have always been a passion of mine. As an artist by nature, I appreciate all the creativity and perspectives of life through the lenses of other artists and creators, both locally and abroad. Artists such as Thomas J. Price, who can capture emotions and project those emotions in a way that causes deep thought and reflection, are sentiments that I cherish. Likewise, the artist who have found their way to the communities of Miami and created intriguing bodies of work that captures color, culture, and more were paramount in transforming once-distressed communities and breathing life back into them. Wynwood, for example, is one of those communities in south Florida in which a revival of an entire city has occurred by artists coming together and connecting creative bodies of work with real estate in the city. An entire movement was birthed, and it joined diverse cultures from all over the world, people from all walks of life, and the governing body to create something profoundly fascinating. Someone had a dream to cause this to happen and saw a different point of view in an area that was once distressed. There was a dream and aspiration behind the outcome of Wynwood, and it involved art and real estate. Once art and real estate joined forces and worked cohesively together, the outcome was nothing more than spectacular.
