Passion is the difference between having a job and having a career. Christine Rice is an entrepreneur, general contractor, licensed real estate agent, and author.  From a young age, she was intentional in her choices and the career path she would take.  She worked hard academically early on and joined top business clubs and organizations where she would compete in business planning and launching mock companies that would later develop into fully operational organizations. 

As a professional, her philosophy has always been to find a need that has not been met and provide well-researched solutions to meet the challenge. Due to her tenacity and strong work ethic, she was often times the driving force behind many community organizations and start-ups. As the second oldest of nine children, Christine understands the importance of being a role model and making great choices early on in life.  She launched an organization called “One of a Kind Homes,” which is dedicated to children with special needs. Through her personal experiences of having a sibling with special needs, she knows firsthand the challenges families face and is on a mission to make a difference.   

Christine obtained her real estate license at the age of 18 years old and immediately went into the property management sector, where she shadowed top executives of multi-billion dollar REITs.  During her first year in real estate, she worked with institutional investors and clients to service hundreds of portfolio properties.  Her experiences, commitment, and hard work have enabled her to advance in her career well beyond her age. She has achieved numerous milestones and earned numerous recognitions and accolades for her distinguished services in her field.

In her personal time, Christine likes to travel and study art.  She’s an artist by heart and taps into her creative abilities through art.  She attends the University of Miami School of Business, where she has the privilege of studying among some of the brightest minds, top professors, and executives in the industry!
